ACCOMMODATION AT IWAEE 2010

Residential accommodation and most of the sessions and meals at IWAEE 2010 will be based in the resort Villaggio Guglielmo, in Copanello Lido.

We have reached an agreement with the resort and they offer reduced prices for the rooms during the workshop period, from Sunday 13, departing Wednesday 16 of June 2010.

The price for a double room single occupant is 60 euro per person.

For double, triple and up to 5 people per room the price is 43 euro per person.

The price includes breakfast and free access to all the resort facilities: gym, private beach, swimming pool (so you may want to bring swimwear). There is a free wireless internet connection in the common areas and a bar that will remain open until late night. General information about the resort is provided at www.villaggioguglielmo.it.

Delegates requiring accommodation for themselves and accompanying people, and wishing to stay in the resort during the workshop period will need to book by downloading and completing the registration form provided in the registration page. We will provide free shuttle bus transportation between the airport and the resort during Sunday 13, and for all the other transfers related to the workshop. We also provide transfers to airport on Tuesday 15 after the workshop and on Wednesday 16 only in the morning. A timetable of transfers will available online once the registration will be completed.
